Seven times seven he is,
And born with a gift
To speak with the spirits,
That are wandering adrift
The clairvoyant son,
Born of an unbroken line
Can look beyond this earth
And see the divine
A power not found in many
And it's here to stay
The innate ability
And no one can take it away
What is he?

Hello, it is I, Annabeth_Rules. For the past few weeks we've been mostly noob-free, but now there seem to be some noobs to this app. I would just like to say, to these noobs:
- When you submit something make sure it is actually a riddle. I have seen seen so many jokes, mermaid stuff, and other random questions that are not riddles. ONLY POST RIDDLES.
- Only post riddles that you have made up. A good term to know is "repost" which is a riddle that has been posted so many times on this app it gets on everyone's nerves. POST ONLY THINGS THAT YOU WROTE YOURSELF.
- Please try to use good grammar and spelling in your riddles. Reading a riddle with bad grammar is really annoying. USE GOOD GRAMMAR.
-Don't be an attention seeker. If you say "please follow me I'm depressed" or "I'm leaving but like this if you want me to stay" then you are just a plain, conceited attention seeker. Believe me, nobody likes attention seekers.

So, if you do not want to get on the bad side of everyone on this app, please take the above measures. If they're too hard, just don't use the app. Also, turning on SpellCheck might be a good idea.

Good luck and get your riddle on!

Hey guys it's Annabeth_Rules aka RIDDLES17! We haven't had a riddle comp in a while on here, so I thought it would be a good idea to have one, and others agree.

Rules:
1. For every round of the competition, contestants must submit one riddle labeled Comp Entry 17 and the Round number. For example: Comp Entry 17
Round 2
2. Any reposts that are submitted will be automatically disqualified. Be creative!
3. Riddles will be scored on creativity, rhymes, difficulty, and originality from 1-20.
4. One contestant will be the "backup" judge and will be both a contestant and a judge in the competition if the other judges take too long.
5. The contestant with the lowest score at the end of a round will be eliminated.
6. If any contestant argues with the judges about their score, they will receive an automatic 5 pint deduction.

To enter, comment (•_•)
To be a judge, comment (-_-)
To be a backup, comment (~_~)

Remember, have fun and don't repost!

Detective Charles knocked on Mr. Ricky's door. It was a case of robbery. Mr.Ricky's diamond, worth millions of dollars, had been stolen. The thief was very intelligent. He first disabled Mr. Ricky's safety device and then stole the diamond.

Detective Charles went to the safely guarded place where the diamond had been kept. He tried getting some fingerprints but failed to get any. Then Detective Charles tried questioning Mr. Ricky.

Mr. Ricky said that he had been sound asleep when the incident happened, and he did not know at what time the diamond was stolen.

Detective Charles then went out to question the keeper, the only other person living with Mr. Ricky at that time. The keeper said that he had been to his mother's place and did not have any information on the incident.

Then Detective Charles walked around outside the house to see if he could get any more clues. Walking on pieces of the glass, he saw that the window was broken. After a closer examination he saw that the window had been broken with the help of a hammer.

After some time, Detective Charles decided to arrest Mr. Ricky for faking robbery. How did Detective Charles come to know that Mr. Ricky had a part to play in this crime?

Sue is making a garden. She wants to have eight plants. Carrots, Tomatoes, Lettuce, Cucumbers, Strawberries, Onions, Pumpkins, and Potatoes.

Because of lack of space in her yard, she must have the garden be a four by two rectangle.

After reading the labels on the bags of seeds, she found out some information about what plants can't be next to. She also decided where she wanted plants for easy tending and picking. Here is what she found and decided on:

•due to infection, carrots and potatoes must not be next to, or diagonal to each other.
•the lettuce and onions should be placed next to each other
•the onions need to be on the bottom right part of the garden
•pumpkins and cucumbers should be placed with at least one plant in between them so their vines don't entangle
•pumpkins should be placed diagonal from onions for easy watering
•Sue wants the potatoes next to the pumpkins since they both start with P
•tomatoes must not be next to pumpkins, but should be diagonal
•carrots must be placed on top of cucumbers
•strawberries must be on top of tomatoes

Where does everything go?

Hint: when something says 'next to' it can mean 'on top of' 'below' 'to the right of' or 'to the left of'
